Warm welcome from Antonella & Roberto who helped us settle in and explained the local facilities including restaurants and tour guides. Antonella was readily contactable by phone to help with anything we needed.which made for a stress free and enjoyable stay.It’s in a great location, for the Vatican a few mins walk away and the metro direct to most major attactions.

Check-in was easy and friendly. It wasn't the cleanest place we stayed on our trip, but it was fine for 2 nights. No shower curtain resulted in a soaking washroom floor every day, but there were lots of towels to help with that. Decent, low-cost option.

Like many I wonder about negative reviews for this place: I can only suspect it’s a conspiracy to stop people discovering it and booking out the rooms! The rooms are beautifully appointing and spotlessly clean. Great storage area with safe, hairdryer, spare duvet, fridge and a big bottle of chilled water. The en-suite is stylish with a good sized shower with a rainfall head. 5 minutes wall from bus/taxi rank, 10 from St. Peter’s, 20 from Castle Sant Angelo and bridges. Staff are polite and helpful and if not there easy to contact. Oh, and value, amazing.
