The hotel is great as a base , very limited shopping around the area, two fabulous restaurants next door but transports lets this hotel down , no trams or metro . Bus available but not clear where they are going and how to access them. Overall value for money

It was a lovely hotel and the breakfast buffet was also lovely. The room was clean and tidy and the housekeeping staff were very friendly. The reception staff were very helpful and we took advantage of the shuttle to the airport. The only downside was the fire alarm kept going off when there was no fire and it went off at 6am and woke us up. We were told it had been set off by people knocking the alarm with their bags in which case maybe they should move it to a different position

Acceptable hotel close to Vantican

Air condition couldn't be adjusted. Either full power cooling on high speed fan (noise) or off. Very bad noise protection. Every step on the floor or at the stairs, any water flow in the neighbor rooms very disturbing. From 6am sleeping not possible anymore. Breakfast acceptable, limited choices.

The staff was very pleasant, breakfast decent, but there was mold all over the bathroom. You could tell the floors hadn’t been mopped, nothing had been deep cleaned, and it all smelled of pee. If you tried to get fresh air, there would just been smoke filling the room. I would definitely not recommend.

Very central location. Just 15 minutes walk to Colossum. Our room is spacious and have a view to St Peter Basilica. Staffs are very friendly and helpful. Highly recommended!!

Helpful staff, spacious airconditioned rooms with good beds and many towels. There was no shampoo or shower gel, but only two small bars of soap. Breakfast buffet was good and the rooftop terrace is an added bonus.

It was very quiet, rooms clean, nice full breakfast and beverages. Front desk always helpful. 4 or 5 restaurants in neighborhood. We could not see Vatican from our large balcony but i assume some could. No counter space in bathroom. Only 2 small drawers in room. But definitely comfortable and priced well.

Stay went well. Would of appreciated after coming from Canada that I would of been able to get a room before 2 pm. Also maybe a water bottle in the fridge upon our arrival would of been nice.

Staff were great! Breakfast very good. Washroom was good! Problem was all the noise from the exit door beside room 102 all hours of the night! Every toilet flush makes noise in your room and your toilet gurgling is crazy! The location is a plus but it doesn’t overcome the noise issue.
