This is a wonderful family own and family run hotel. The staff went out of their way to be helpful and the rooms were comfortable and clean with daily linen changes. It is nicely located near main attractions with good dining in the immediate area. We would strongly recommend our friends stay here.

The staff is amazing. This was our first trip to Italy; we could not have picked a better hotel. Giuseppe and his family made us feel at home and assisted us with ride shares and local knowledge of the city. This family-owned hotel takes great pride in their business and in their family history and it shows. I highly recommend if you are going to Rome stay with them, you will not be disappointed.

Giuseppe and his sister are the finest hosts I’ve had anywhere in the world. Hospitality makes all the difference and these people have it in spades. The Hotel Golden offers the opportunity to stay in a high-end neighborhood at an affordable price. Several excellent restaurants surround the property within 5 minutes walking distance. Vladimiro and Carnicceria come to mind. We loved our time at Hotel Golden :-)

Extremely clean and comfortable family-run hotel with exceptionally helpful staff. Our room was spotless and thoroughly cleaned every single day. The location is ideal—surrounded by great restaurants and cozy cafés just a two-minute walk away. I highly recommend this place and we will definitely stay here again on our next trip to Rome. Don't expect a traditional reception and public spaces. This hotel is on the first floor of a lovely old building, but its 5 minutes walk from the Park and 5 minutes from the US Embassy. Our family suite was huge, high ceilings, good shower and internet. For the money it perfectly suited our needs, there is a coffee shop downstairs and some nice restaurants along the nearby side streets.

This is run by 3 generations of a family. They are all so kind and helpful. They booked our taxis for us and transport to the cruise terminal. It is walking distance to allll the must see things in Rome. It’s also close to many cafes and restaurants…some only 1/2 a block away! We stayed there twice! Love this sweet hotel

Where to start? My stay at Hotel Golden was incredible. The location is amazing, easy to get to from Termini station and in the heart of Rome. Staff have been super helpful and friendly, accommodating a couple of requests that have made my day a lot easier. The room itself was perfectly clean, and complete with every comfort. Would definitely stay again and have already recommended it to my whole family!

We enjoyed our stay at hotel golden. The family was kind and helpful. The room was spacious and comfortable and very clean. Also a good location for getting to the must see places. It offers a safe and comfortable place to stay. Would have appreciated an electric pot for tea or coffee and a small refrigerator for cold drinks but it wouldn’t stop me from returning.

From the minute rear, arrived at Hotel Golden, we felt at home. Giuseppe, the Owner of the establishment was so kind and generous with his accommodations and his helpfulness. We felt like family. The accommodations were Lovely. Everything was clean, and the family were so accommodating. It was wonderful to stay in a place that was family. Owned and operated. We felt very safe. The location was perfect to walk the nearby shops and enjoy the local food and market. I hope to travel to Italy again, and I will certainly be staying at Hotel Golden for part of that trip. We cannot thank you enough for your kindness, and look forward to seeing you again. Thank you so much from Michele and Judy.
