A decent hotel if you’re on a budget and need to stay close to the train station. The area felt safe and it was easy to navigate from with the metro so close. A few ammenties gave us some problems during our stay - the elevator wasn’t working when we first arrived but the staff were quick to get it fixed. Our shower ran out of hot water one morning and our AC didn’t work our entire stay. The wifi worked well which was nice. If you’re just looking for a place to crash at night, this hotel works well.

The staff were all very friendly and helpful at every turn. The room was clean and ready for us even though we arrived a few hours early. My only want would have been for a new mattress for one of the twin beds (mine unfortunately). Proximity was wonderful to all of the main attractions with plenty of local restaurants along the way. stayed in room for 3 pax. with wife & daughter. this trip we have stayed in other similarly priced hotels in milan, florence and siena. comparatively, this was a poor experiance. tired rooms. window shutter that scrape when opening into view of rubbish bins. laminated flooring 'covering' 15cm hole in floor near bed. randomly-placed door stoppers nailed into floor creating fun tripping/stubbing experience. toilet smells perperually like dead animal. no 'hooks' to hang anything. staff seem as tired and disintered as the hotel itself. althoughy not unpleasant. included breakfast was sad. other than the convenient location (near train station), there is nothing to recommend. enjoy!
