The staff were extremely nice and accommodating. Our flight was delayed by a day, but we kept in touch with the hotel to let them know about our plans. They kept our reservation open until we arrived. Everyone was wonderful, especially Viviana (?) and Mauro. They really made our stay special.

This was by far one of my favorite places in Europe that I have ever stayed. The hotel is beautiful and quintessential Europe! The staff was very nice and it had a gym and a sauna.

We had the top floor room 501. It was quiet and peaceful and lovely to have a private terrace. Thankfully it has good air conditioning too! Breakfast was good, staff helpful and we would definitely recommend as it’s so close to Termini but away from the crowded side of the station.
