Very close to Roma Termini, great if you're going to take an early train or day trip. The family room was surprisingly huge for Europe, much more space than I expected. Breakfast had a good selection as well.

The hotel was very clean, and the location was perfect — within walking distance of many historical sites. However, the area was quite noisy, even at night. Additionally, there was only one elevator for a seven-story building, which often meant either waiting up to 10 minutes or using the stairs.

Location is perfect. Close to train station metro and walking distance to many attractions. Also has nice restaurants nearby. In terms of facility, our room was not an updated room. We had a damp smell in the rooms unless windows were open. PowerPoints in bedroom also didn’t work with adapter. Overall, if we had been given the room in the pictures that is updated it would have been fine. Our room had the dated green tiles. Breakfast was nice. We stayed on sixth floor and were right under where you have breakfast. Could hear chairs dragging from 6.30am so couldn’t sleep after this.

The facility was very good and clean. The cleaning ladies were very nice, friendly and happy to be at work. A couple of the people at the front desk made it seem that it was a hardship to check you out or answer a question. They never smiled.
