Clean room with a good size and comfortable beds. The staff was very friendly and had good dinner recommendations and even called ahead for us. Breakfast was great with many options. My only ask is improvement in the take away breakfast. We had an early tour and requested take away breakfast the night before. The breakfast only consisted of a juice and an assortment of packaged cookies. I had prepaid for breakfast so I was expecting something more substantive but when we asked they did give us water, yogurt, hard boiled eggs and fruit.

The location of this hotel was the real appeal for us. A literal 1 min wall from the Trevi. Staff were not very friendly, rooms were dated and not very clean (eg. There was hair around the tub, etc). We saw a cockroach in the breakfast room, which the staff quickly stomped on. The rooms were large for Rome amd we liked that we had two adjoining rooms for our family of four. Despite the hotel being non-smoking, our rooms and hallway smelled of smoke every morning.
