The hotel is clean and staff is friendly, however , we had a few issues . Day one took a shower and water was freezing. The next morning still no hot water. Went to the front desk and they casually mentioning the boiler is not working. I asked when will it be fixed , he said maybe tomorrow I’ll give you a glass a wine for inconvenience . Water comes back now it’s too hot!!!!!! Burned myself with hot water. Other than that ok . Not so great neighborhood

Great Hotel in a great location

Beautiful hotel, great location (only a short walk from the Colosseum), wonderful city. Can thoroughly recommend the breakfast as a great way to start the day before exploring.
