Agustina, Roberto and the rest of the staff was very helpful. The rooms were very clean, and the continental breakfast was reasonably priced. Whenever we required assistance the hotel staff was quick to solve our problems. I will definitely recommend the hotel cross to my friends and family.

The hotel is in a great location. Right on the river with a classic view of the Tower Bridge. The staff from Checkin to Checkout was amazing. Our room was very clean and comfortable. Perhaps a bit careworn but it certainly met our expectation. We travel frequently; so I will say we would choose this hotel in the future.

The staff was super helpful and can assist you in English in getting settled in and getting around (calling taxi etc). The property is secure and they have people checking that only guests are on the premises. It’s also very well lit at night so you can walk around the gardens and bar safely. The comfort room was spacious and mine had a balcony. The building itself has a beautiful balcony overlooking the neighborhood. The hotel is super accessible to train, trams, and buses all within 10min walking distance. Was also walkable to the Colessuem (20 min). They had breakfast for €10 but I didn’t not use that service as there were plenty of cafes and groceries nearby. Also walkable to the Termini (15 min) for transport to other cities or to the airport. Overall, great stay and wonderful spot to explore Rome.

We were happy with the cleanliness of the room, the reception were welcoming upon arrival and the person who showed us the room was very professional. The thing we were not happy about was the check out in the early morning on 4th of April was not professional, we asked for water, and they refused to give us, and also the front front gates were locked and we had to ask the receptionist to open them..

Stayed here as per recommendation of someone who had visited before. Area is accessible by the Metro and is about a 7 minute walk from the station. About 15 minutes if you have large luggage. There are steps to get in and out of the buildings so be ready to pick up the items. They let you drop off your luggage if you arrive early. Once you can check in they can have someone guide you to the proper building and can help with a bag if you have multiple. The room was well sound proofed as the only noise I would hear is if someone let the door slam. I definitely recommend this place if you need a quiet area that's still accessible to the main sightseeing areas.

all good. steps up to reception hard if u have heavy luggage. would have been good to have had a water fountain. everyone helpful. internal restaurant so-so. don’t get the shriveled supposed sea bass. it’s not good. i complained. they dropped cost. breakfast buffet good . easy to get cabs to/from. not much to see re walking around. i’d stay again for sure .
