Excellent location, a few minutes walk from the Metro station and less than 10 minutes to the Trevi Fountain and Spanish Steps. The Colosseum is also walkable. Great places to eat nearby. The hotel has a restaurant, the food looked lovely although we didn’t get time to eat there. The staff were very friendly and nothing was too much trouble for them. It was a nice touch having mini cookies and drink in the lobby. Would definitely recommend.

Reception is the first impression for hotel.

Paid a triple room and only got a double. Asked reception why and showed the Reservation to the staff who had Curly hair He was very impolite and said he did Not know anything about that just either take the room or contact the website we bookef through.Nothing else he can do... Really Unpleasant check in. However the next receptionist Red was very nice guy who really helped us. Overall hotel location is really good.

The hotel room is small and the bed was terrible. Might as well have slept on the floor. It was hard as a rock. The pillows uncomfortable and flat. The sheets, you move and the sheet covering the mattress comes off and then you’re just sleeping on the mattress itself which is a bit gross. And the sheets aren’t very soft. The location was great. Walkable, shopping and dining and easy access to the main attractions. The hotel staff were friendly and the lobby looks nice and the AC works great. But for the cost we paid would have expected so much more from this hotel.
