I had a very hard time finding the location. The room I was given was different from what I had requested, and there was no coffee bar as mentioned in the listing. The bed sheets also smelled bad. The worst part was that they asked for an €8 cash payment, while Expedia stated it would be $8. I explained that I do not carry cash for safety reasons, but they did not care and insisted that I go to an ATM to withdraw cash. This was especially difficult since I was traveling with my 6-year-old child

Complessivamente buono.

Premetto che non ho alloggiato effettivamente nella struttura ricettiva per il quale avevo prenotato, ma sono stato in una differente, di proprietà della stessa società e insistente nel medesimo stabile. Stanza nel complesso buona, un po' piccola e senza kit shampoo/bagnoschiuma, ma solo con due saponette. Pulizia veramente non male. La posizione è il vero punto forte, Stazione Termini a meno di 100 m. di distanza. Esperienza positiva e locale consigliato.
