Great hotel, budget friendly, clean room and friendly staff. The location is perfect. It’s right next to The Vatican, restaurants, laundry and grocery. I will definitely book a room there again.

The location was perfect with the hotel literally being a 30 second walk away from the Vatican Museum and about 10 mins away from St Peter's Basilica. The staff were so helpful and polite and provided great service. I would definitely recommend this hotel!

It was on the vaticans door step easy to get to most locations walking my third time at the hearth and would go again.

Perfect Location near metro and just steps from Vatican Museums entrance. Clean, comfortable and super nice staff. From the check in to check out. Only downside: for two nights in a row from 11:00pm to 2:00am there were kids, fights between rooms and opening and slamming doors. We understand that hotels have different guests and you don’t know if you are going to have that bad luck, but it was terrible… Hope you don’t have the bad luck we did…

Erinomainen sijainti, rauhallinen huone ylimmässä kerroksessa näkymällä Vatikaaniin päin. Superystävällinen henkilökunta. Huoneeseen järjestyi vedenkeitin ym. ilman lisämaksua, vaikka ne eivät olleet varsinaisena varustuksena. Aamiainen italialaisittain ihan ok, oli tomaattia, munia ja leikkeleitä, mysliä, laktoositon maitokin järjestyi.

Ett stenkast från Vatikanmuseerna

Underbart litet hemtrevligt hotell. Vi anlände från flygplatsen med buss till Roma Termini (centralstationen), därifrån är det väldigt lätt att ta tunnelbanan (linje A) till hotellet. I området rör sig mycket turister men det är tryggt, ordnat och städat. Personalen på hotellet är väldigt serviceminded och trevliga. Vi fick checka in gratis några timmar i förväg samt förvara vårt bagage hos dem efter utcheckning utan extra kostnad. Frukost ingår ej, gör att köpa till men det finns många restauranger runtomkring som också serveras helt ok frukost. Detta hotell rekommenderas både pga närheten till Vatikanen, de goda förbindelserna samt den fantastiska personalen.

Long weekend in Rome

Three night stay. Very positive and friendly staff. Room was clean and comfortable. Location for Vatican was perfect, about 250m to museum entrance. Lobby and breakfast areas were small but never crowded.

Disappointing stay

Except for the location and friendliness at the reception desk, it was a very disappointing experience. The shower was clogged and full of hair residues, room service came at 5:00 pm one day to get the room done, breakfast was very dissapointing and the breakfast room/facilities very unconfortable and outdated. Sadly, I would not reccomend the place.

Location, Hotel, Location. What better place to start sighting, Vatican City across the Road, short walk to St Peters. This is my second visit to The Hearth Hotel. It is the care and attention, the friendliness of all the staff that will bring me back again. I'm in a wheelchair, the building is really old and not so easy for the wheelchair. With humour I say the lift chooses its own pace, usually snail paced, but it always got me to the floor. If you want real Italian food- across from the Hotel is a great place with vibrant staff and good food. Thank you all at the Hearth Hotel for making may stay so sucessful. Your Hotel derserves support in these Covivd times, Michael UK
