Lovely and freshly renovated hotel, nice amenities, great shower and clean rooms. Aircon is also very powerful and quiet room was really quiet. Location is also pretty good, can definitely recommend and would stay again!

Lovely welcome mid-afternoon when i checked in, room & bathroom were perfect for a solo traveller, handie kettle, comfie bed and excellent shower! Located 5 mins away from the station, and so, close to a good variety of restaurants around.
When/after putting access code in, (in the evening) you'll need to pull the door towards you, not push it.
Pls excuse my dumped clothes- bed freshly made every day.

Isabella at Reception was wonderful, kind, and friendly. That said room 301 on the top floor should never be rented as a room. It is a bizarre room with a slanted wooden roof/ceiling that would make a better storage facility than a hotel room. No place to put the towels in the tiny bathroom and a very tiny half-room to sleep in that was very hot because the sun beats down on the roof. Therefore it was necessary to keep the air conditioning on all the time. The bed was comfortable and the sheets and towels were clean. But a strange room. And also a broken lock that you cannot secure your room from the inside.

We had an excellent stay at Hotel XX Settembre. The room was very nice and spacious, very clean and very close to the metro station. Cristal and Romana were super helpful with the checkin process and gave us a lot of information on how to get to the places we wanted to visit. We would definitely stay there when we return to Rome.
