Expedia listed full breakfast but it was only limited choice buffet breakfast. Hotel at check out charged us 10 euros a day as city tax instead of 7 euros claiming that is normal for 5 star hotel. Location is perfect. It is our second stay at this hotel and comparing to our first stay is not as good as before.

Very nice hotel just outside the main tourist strip. Very clean, spacious and modern. The staff went out of their way in terms of helpfulness. I’d highly recommend this hotel vs the ones around the Spanish steps.

We booked 2 Superior rooms for our family but when we checked in, one room was much smaller than the other. I complained to reception and they quickly changed me to a far better room. For the price we paid, that should be automatic for both rooms. Overall, the hotel reception staff were very helpful, the breakfast was great and the location fantastic. The rooms we (eventually) got were spacious and clean, with nice bathrooms. If you can splurge, I would recommend this hotel.

Love ❤️ this hotel Was the best out of all the hotels I’ve been a yearly Rome vacation destination. And this is a must . I would definitely return . Breakfast was excellent. Room was clean beautiful what I expected.

Room clean, spacious and had all we needed. Nespresso machine in room, kettle, tea and coffee also in room. However, would have liked proper mug. Only paper expresso cups provided. Down quilt had seen better days, and not much thermal properties from it which was needed as our windows didn’t close properly. Room could do with a bit of an update, with better furniture and seats. Private use of spa, pool and sauna was great. Especially after all the walking we did. Overall, location great, room good, staff very attentive. I would stay here again, and I would recommend it.

Excellent hotel with a great location. 10 mts walk to the Spanish steps and Trevi fountain and 20 mts cab ride to other attractions. Great restaurants around the hotel and a very attentive staff. We enjoyed our stay here.
