I arrived in the evening, there were no rooms available for me even if i had a reservation, after waiting for a while they moved me to another building which was a dorm. Even if what I booked it wasn't an expensive accommodation I was expecting the minimum requirements like sleeping in the room I booked.The whole experience wasn't pleasant especially after my long trip.

Piccolo b&b a 30 metri dalla Stazione Termini. Abbiamo soggiornato in 4 per una notte, in una stanza con un letto matrimoniale ed uno a castello. Purtroppo ci sono state lasciate solo 2 asciugamani ed un lettino era addirittura privo di lenzuola. Un pò di attenzione in più non guasterebbe

This is NOT a 3 star hotel.. not even a 1 star.. Horrible! Dirty! Unsafe! Very strange people. Very dangerous area. I would not recommend this place to anyone. I recommend Hotel.com to eliminate from their listing.

The best is the Hotel’s location. The room have a nice view, but that’s it. The beds are very uncomfortable and you can hear it all from everywhere by night. The breakfast it’s only coffee and a croissant and the hotel is a little complicated to find it...

O quarto single é bem apertado e o banheiro é separado, fora do quarto. Não tem recepção e se você chega antes do horário, não tem onde deixar a mala ou mesmo sentar para esperar. Tem que ligar e esperar a pessoa vir abrir e te dar uma chave. O café da manhã é fora e de domingo não abre, ou seja, eu fiquei sem café. Ponto positivo é a limpeza e a localização. Para dormir uma ou duas noites ok.

great location but not easy to check in had to go around the building from floor to floor looking for the front desk to check in , apparently they are going through some renovations but you would think that somebody could greet you downstairs and show you the way up , beds were fine but i was given towels that were torn up seen like rags more than guest towels , the entrance to the building very dirty and full of trash bags, had to pay $5.00 per bag to be kept for a total of $25 because my train didn't leave till the afternoon and i had nowhere to keep my bags, where most places will keep your bags for Free.

The gentlemen that greeted us was friendly and informative. He contacted us on the cell phone number and provide directions on how to get to the property. The proximity to the train station and local eateries was ideal. What we did not like was the condition of the property. The showers only produced cold water and the air condition in the room did not work. The furniture in the room was dilapidated

Proche des bus, mais........

Hotel bien situé à Rome permettant par exemple de visiter le Colisée à pied. Il n'y a pas de parking, il faut se garer dans la rue pour 7€ par jour. La salle d'eau est non avenante avec une douche rafistollée sans pression, un lavabo avec un mince filet d'eau (pas top pour se brosser les dents). Le frigo n'est pas dans la chambre mais dans la partie commune. Bouteilles d'eau gratuites=remplies au robinet Seule la literie relève le niveau !! Pour couronner le tout, la taxe de séjour est facturé pour les enfants de moins de 10 ans, il faut réclamer pour que l'on vous rembourse. La reception se trouve à l'angle de la rue.
