Lovely hotel, well positioned for a number of Romes landmarks. The staff are excellent, friendly and welcoming. There are a number of great restaurants within a short walking distance and the hotel is close to the tube station. We were able to store our luggage on the day of departure. Fully recommend.

We had an outstanding experience during our stay. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel genuinely welcomed and well taken care of. The room was clean (with an addition to daily housekeeping), maintained, comfortable. The whole service throughout the hotel was consistently excellent - friendly and will greet you all the time you pass by the guest service area no matter how many times or any staff that will see you by the hallway or outside the hotel. The overall atmosphere was relaxing and inviting, not too crowded is a plus. It is close to our key locations, like 3-minute walk to Trevi Fountain and other landmarks, making it easy for us to get around and explore the area. We highly recommend this place and would gladly stay again if given a chance.

Great location, good room, no elevator, AC did not work correctly which made it too hot inside the room, and could not open the window because of the noise or cars and ambulances. When we asked staff about AC not working, they said we should open the windows. Breakfast is as pretty bad, low quality bread, cake was old and dry, fruit also old. Would not come back. They need to improve many things and good location is not enough.

We stayed for 2 nights. The beds and pillows are very comfortable. There are extra blankets available. Our hairdryer was not working and the front desk let us borrow one, also an iron.
