Very close to Roma Termini, the hotel was adequate for one night. No tea or coffee facilities in room, but we were given a jug etc on request, which we appreciated. The staff were welcoming and helpful. There was also no ironing board or iron in the room. The breakfast was great and it was handy that this was included. Check when booking you room what is included, the staff were great and happy to help. Thank you

Clean room and convenient location. Room was a bit warm as the key needs to be in place for ac to work. Unpleasant smell in room and lost water for 24 hrs. Maybe this happens often? We probably should have complained about the smell, but we were gone on tours everyday! Thankfully window opened and we had bathroom spray along.

Fantastic hotel, really nice. Friendly staff, rooms were very clean and they kept on top of all the basics (changing towels, toiletries, etc). Nice breakfast every morning, even a little gym which was awesome to use! Very near Termini station, which is super handy.
