Very friendly staff, our room was ready when we checked in the morning after a cruise which was very nice. Short walk to the main entrance of the train station, so very convenient for those taking the train to/from Rome.

The staff was amazing! So nice & so helpful. Breakfast was good, room was good and so close to Roma termina(train station). We Did see a man sleeping on sidewalk across the street but there are alot of food and shopping options close. Also close to alot of attractions. Would definitely stay there again.

Hotel Gioberti is located super close to the Rome Termini, making it super easy for us to catch the trains for day trips. The hotel breakfast is great and the hotel is very clean. We enjoyed our stay!

Hotel was pretty basic - rooms were a bit larger than expected - and a bit older. The area is very convenient to the train, but the neighborhood is a little dicey. The staff is very helpful. If you need to come in and out of town via train, this place works perfectly. Not much to do in the area but access to the basics - pharmacies, stores, pizza places, coffee.

A good hotel a block from Roma Termini. The staff were very attentive and friendly. The breakfast was excellent and we appreciated the rooftop terrace. And, most importantly, the air conditioning worked perfectly during the 40C heat wave! The only drawback is the neighbourhood, which has some interesting characters. But the choice of restaurants makes up for it.

Stayed here for three days for my stay in Rome. Extremely convenient since it’s a 2 minute walk from the Rome train/bus station. Therefore easy and quick to find your hotel once you take the train from the airport to the Rome station. And once navigating the city super easy to get anywhere from the buses by the same station. Hotel wasn’t in the best street (little dirty), but we never felt in harms way and honestly didn’t go out at night so can’t speak much on the safety. During the day it was completely fine. Hotel room was spacious, WiFi worked well, and the breakfast was extremely satisfying with plenty of options. And the customer service of the breakfast staff was EXCELLENT, super attentive and replenishing the food non-stop in a calm rooftop terrace. Would stay here again. Oh and the staff knows English, Spanish, and Italian!

Breakfast was great, AC worked well once we got it going. They helped order a taxi for the 5 of us in the morning which was great. They double charged me for some reason but mentioned the mistake as soon as we checked in so I am just waiting for the refund which should only be a couple days. Other than that, it was a easy stay!

The hotel was very conveniently located, within a five minute walk from the Rome Termini station. The complimentary breakfast was fantastic (from 7-10 am). However, our visit from July 28-August 1 featured daily temperatures at 100° F (38° C), and the air conditioning struggled to get to 76° or 25° at night. There was virtually zero air flow from the vent; bringing your own fan (USB or portable) is highly advised. Also the surrounding neighborhood featured lots of carabiniere driving with lights and sirens during the night. The beds were comfortable and shower had great water pressure!

So I booked through Expedia and the hotel staff was very professional and helpful for all my needs. This was a surprise birthday trip for my wife. The breakfast was great and the air conditioning was cool in the room. The room was very clean. The hotel is right by the Roma Terminal for the train and bus system. There are many restaurants close by for walking to and shopping areas as well. This was in a great area. Also there is a tax fee at the end of your stay that I wasn't aware off until I got there.

They were exceptional in providing us service in the retrieval of materials left in the room safe. They worked with us in devoting a successful plan in getting our valuables back to us. Getting back to Rome after getting on a cruise ship can be difficult. They helped us work out a plan that worked. The location of the hotel is wonderful. Very, very close to the train station and the Hop-on Hop-off bus main stop. Staff was excellent in all aspects. The free breakfast and the staff working that function were superb. And the air conditioning was very, very much NECESSARY during the heat wave time we were there.
