The room was nice. It was very clean and well appointed. The bathroom was huge! The staff was accommodating. We requested extra pillows and coffee set up and it was all delivered promptly. The property was conveniently located near the train station. The area is ok and not as clean and touristy as the area we stayed near the Trevi fountain at the start of our trip. But this was a great value for our in transit stay. The hotel was lovely and clean! It’s a quick two block walk from the Roma Train Terminal which made it very convenient. There are restaurants nearby with about a two block walking radius.

The location was excellent for being close to the train station and still within walking distance of major attractions (25 min to each). However being close to the train station there was a fair amount of street people which made going out at night not ideal. The room was large and comfortable. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The air conditioning was not sufficient for the weather. Had to use a fan to help circulate what was being generated. The breakfast was just okay - very simple and basic.

The hotel is nice enough and everything was as expected except for the area…. Good centric location but way too close to the Termini Yrain station of Rome. I was not aware but that meant that there are at all times all sort of people that do not make you feel secure, specially at night. In few words a good hotel in the wrong location

The rooms are spacious and comfortable. I broke my foot while staying at this hotel. The staff has gone above and beyond to assist me. Between the hospital and calling around to several pharmacies to find my walking boot they have made this trying time a little easier to go through.

CONS: Horrible location with crackheads, dealers, and weirdos outside all hours of the night. Felt very unsafe. No hot water, so be prepared to take a cold shower. PROS: The hotel and staff were nice overall, great breakfast, clean, close to the train station.
