Cleaning services was horrible. The bathroom was always dirty, the shower didn’t drain and the water was all over the floors. The sheets smell dirty. The only thing good about it the hotel is nearby train station and restaurant.

The room did not match the pictures at all. Extremely expensive for the price you pay. Our private shower had mildew and mold all throughout the tile. The shower head had only four working sprayers.The shared kitchen amenities did not work; fridge and air conditioning. Rooftop terrace is not accessible and locked off.

Great location but needs upgrade

Amazing Location! It's 2 blocks from the main station with delicious restaurants right beside and in front of it. I don't want to complain much as it is a budget stay afterall.. but it is quite outdated. Aircondition wasn't working properly (not cold at max and would randomly turn off) and the shower drain also clogs a lot. It's an ok place to sleep and store your stuff. I'd recommend this if you're tight on budget.

Within easy walking distance from Rome's Central station, this hostel is a cheerful and pleasant stay. With great wifi, clean shared facilities including lounges and an outdoor patio, the hostel is situated in a great restaurant area.

I stayed in this hostel for one day. The room seemed fine compared to the price of lodging, however, there were many bedbugs on my bed.  After the trip, I had rashes on my skin and had to go to the clinic for an itch. The doctor told me that was because of the uncleanness of the place. I was really angry.

Well, it is a Hostel but was expecting a bit more on the way of cleanliness. The room had a really musty and unpleasant odor. The shared bathroom was pit of toilet paper almost immediately. My girlfriend was bit multiple times by a bed bug while sleeping. Glad it was only one night. Ugh!!

I do not recommend

We stayed in a three-bed Private room, which looked clean at first. The sheets and towels were clean. The toilet smelled damp and moldy, small worms came out of the sink! During the trip, we got bite marks on the skin, which might be bed bug bites. We checked the mattresses, nothing was visible on them. Air conditioning was good. We didn't go to breakfast at all, so I can't say about that. The Termini area is generally pretty bad, so I would probably recommend a hostel elsewhere. The hostel was way too expensive for the quality.

We stayed in a private room for few nights (privates in a separate building). I did not expect a luxury appartment at all, but there were big issues with powercuts (so we woke up to no AC in about 40 degrees heat!). As disturbing was the fit of the key. It was very hard opening the doors. I get that it is a bit older building, but running a hostel you need to assure electricity and access to the rooms. Cleanliness was also not the best (i think the room is also overpriced in relation to the basic.standard) but the above mentioned issues were really problematic.

1. While no parking around, at the beginning asked reception about it, he said no idea. Also asked for earlier check-in for a few hours, with no flexibility, just said NO. 2. There was an elevator but customers are not allowed to use. Means two - three floors gotta go through steps. 3. Washrooms with bathroom at minimum quality. 4. No blanket at beds, just sheet. 5. I had everything by Expedia, but they asked 3.5 euro for city, on top of my payment. Not only didn't explain clearly, but also said only by CASH, not CARD !!! No trust ! I paid by card anyways but wouldn't come back there anymore.

I chose this hostel because of the close proximity to the Terminal and other sights I wanted to see. I had a shared room with 4 beds total. Sadly, there is only one shower toilet for the room and no working exhaust fan. The bathroom is covered from top to bottom in black mould. The smell is overwhelming when you open the bathroom door. To get better air, I opened the terrace window and left the bathroom door open. I was asked by staff to keep the window shut for the comfort of others. I could not leave it shut, the smell was so overwhelming. I felt bad letting all the heat escape. Very friendly staff, good area, but the room itself was terrible. At night when I returned to the hostel, I never wanted to go to my room because of the mould smell, but common areas (kitchen and dining area) are very small. The kitchen also smelt like bug repellent (Raid) the entire time I was there. The shared fridge had a bad odour, as well. Overall, I think staying some place else would have enhanced my trip to Rome greatly.

Do not stay here!!!!

Please do not waste your money and stay here. I have stayed in a lot of places around the world for many years, and I have never stayed in such a dirty, disappointing and overpriced (for what you get) hostel. The private double room was in a separate building and was in fact a room in an apartment. The apartment stank of BO and dampness, as did the room. When I saw the bathroom, no wonder it smelt like that as there was mould all over the walls. The cleanliness of the bathroom is beyond comment - dirt, mould, pubic hair, grime everywhere. The bed was very uncomfortable and when tried to fix the sheet to my bed properly I found not only that I didn’t fit it so it was lose all night but I saw under the sheet and I noticed the absolute dirt, stains and hairs covered on the under sheet. I didn’t change out of my day clothes to go to bed that’s how uncomfortable I felt and I didn’t want any part of my body touching the bed. I couldn’t get out of the room fast enough the next morning once I finally got to sleep between the smells, thinking about the dirt and the crazy loud noise coming from the plumbing anytime we or anyone else in the apartment used the sinks or toilets. The “breakfast” the next morning was equally a joke - a cardboard box of croissants and a jug of coffee, that’s it. Not worth the bed and breakfast rate we paid for. Overall I cannot stress enough-do not stay here. I was more than disappointed and angry and I wouldn’t wish it on anyone. They should be closed down!
