The property is in a great location, close to old town. There's plenty of space. It is up 4 flights of stairs, just something to keep in mind. Owners came to greet and carried heavy bag up the stairs for me though.

Service was fabulous, high end neighborhood. Very safe. The room was very small and no breakfast offered, would suggest for one night. Bed was comfortable and room was clean but basic. Good value for money.

We had a wonderful stay at Frattina Grand suit. The room was very nice, there was good cleaning and fantastic service from the reception. Highly recommended!

Our overall stay at Grand Frattina was great! Property is very close to monuments (Trevi Fountain and Spanish Steps) and there were plenty of food and drink options. Our receptionist and point of contact Vadna was very accommodating and pleasant and our cleaning service from Margie was amazing. Apart from the room being on the smaller side we highly recommend.

The location was excellent, but unfortunately, that was the only highlight. The receptionist is only available from 2 PM onwards and couldn't even let us store our luggage. We thought it would be like a hotel, but it consisted of just a few rooms on the second floor (I think). The elevator looked very old, and we didn't want to take a chance. The reception area was cramped, with a desk surrounded by towels, making it feel very congested. There were fewer than 10 rooms, and the corridor to our room was narrow. The window faced the outside, where many people walked by and talked, which wasn't what we expected. Other than the convenient location, there wasn't much else to recommend.

O prédio no hall do térreo cheira mofo e é bem antigo internamente ,o acesso ao hotel é no 2 andar e o check in só pode ser feito a partir das 14:00 hs , se chegar antes tem que ficar na rua aguardando não tem ninguém para atende-lo , mas os quartos são bons com instalações novas , a limpeza poderia ser melhor

La ubicación es excelente, a unos pasos de la plaza spagna donde se encuentra el metro y cerca de fontana di trevi y pantheon. La habitación (para 3 personas, dos cuartos con dos camas matrimoniales) es cómoda, limpia, espaciosa para la media de Roma, en general bien. Ojo, cobran 35 euros por late check in (después de las 6pm creo) yo no lo vi antes de reservar, me llego un correo con esa información, pedí cancelar mi reserva y no aceptaron. En la descripción dice que cuentan con servicio de resguardo de equipaje y no querían darnos el servicio que porque solo maletas pequeñas y poco tiempo. Después de un rato acepto que las dejáramos solo un par de horas. Tiene un pequeño y antiguo elevador en el que cabe solo una persona con su maleta pero funciona. Si llevas maletas grandes, Recomiendo llegar e irse en taxi o uber ya que es imposible caminar con maletas por las calles de piedra a la estación.

God placering. God stand.

Er lige kommet hjem fra et kort ophold. Fantastisk placering 300m fra den spanske trappe. Værelset var i god stand og var med 5 senge fint til vores behov. Meget hjælpsom og høflig betjening fra personalet. Alt i alt kan vi varmt anbefale stedet.
