Large, Clean, spacious room, friendly staff, very responsive to messages, room had fridge, bathroom, TV, beds were comfy, wardrobe. Iron available on request, hairdryer in room. Good location near metro line, shops and cafe nearby. Trevi Fountain is within walking distance. Would recommend for families

My host sent instructions on how the get into the property in advance. The room was clean and large enough for 4. The host responded quickly when we had a problem. The location is convenient, close to metro and lost of places to eat and felt relatively safe.

Getting in the first time was challenging the first time. We stood on the sidewalk a little while but it was fine after contacting them through WhatsApp. The location was amazing for visiting Ancient Rome. There were cafes right downstairs and a market around the corner. We were close to Popolo Piazza and walked to Spanish Steps, Trevi Fountain, Pantheon, Collosium and many beautiful churches along the way. We do recommend this apartment 😊

So, we may have been unlucky as our stay happened whilst the property changed hands. The air con barely worked and that is not good in Rome, in August, in a heat wave. The contact Davide, said someone would come tomfix it, no one did, and then he just didn't respond. I called him the next morning and he was abrupt and rude and basically kicked the can down the road. He ignored further messages until mid afternoon when we asked for a fan in the interim. He sends us a contact saying this is the new owner, ask him - what? Well I did, and that person was hugely apologetic and said they had just taken over and had new units to install. Long story short, various technicians came over the next two days, he got a fan, a room move and finally on our last night, we got working A/C. 1 out of 4 isn't great, but the new property manager did try. The room location is good, things need a refresh and hopefully the new owners will do that

Location is excellent. There is an elevator in the building. Easy to get from the Termini train station. Not all rooms have a kitchen.

This place is great. Walking distance to spots as mentioned in add. Restaurants with great Italian food like Popolo Caffe. Clean and cute room! Fare price.Only parking in street, pay the spot(blue) overnight is safe although area doesn’t look like. Check in/out easy. I would recommend this place to my friends.

For tue check in you need to install what app and use the phone number receive in your confirmation. They will start communicate with you 24h before. The rest of the room was perfect but the door was hard to open. Creating some frustration. The seal of the shower could have been redo.

Average Family room, the heat(summer time) was unbearable what made it worst was the air conditioning was not working well resulting in uncomfortable rest and sleep. Although the room was service everyday thru cleaning and tidying up. The communication was only thru WhatsApp.
