Great location! A walkable distance to the Vatican, Trevi Fountain, a wide variety of restaurants, shops and metro station. The room was very comfortable with an AC unit and the bathroom is lovely with great water pressure in the shower.

Perfect location for mass transit. Room comfortable, other than a/c. But that is all of Rome in August. Adequate, but not comfortable temperature for a good night's sleep. Only here for 1 night, so did not reach out for assistance. Stay away from local restaurants, it's a tourist trap with subpar meals. Take your time to find authentic italian restaurants.

For a single or a couple that are all about walking around and not staying in their room 24/7 - grab a room here! One of the most comfortable beds we ever slept on. Even though the room is 1st floor and facing the street, zero noise came in. A metro station (line A, st. Pietro exit) literally in front of the building door, tons of restaurants, 8min walk from the vatican... in short, go for it.

Perfect stay

The hotel was perfect, newly decorated, spacious and the bed was really comfortable. It is also very conveniently located a short walk from the Vatican and next to a tube station.

We had a wonderful stay! The owner Francesco was great—very helpful and responsive throughout our trip. The space itself was beautiful, clean, and spacious, with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the metro/train, making it easy to get around. Extra spacious for a room in Europe! Property had old Roman charm but rooms were renovated, super clean, and beautiful! The air condition worked great! Access to the property and room were convenient. All you needed was the link on your phone and doors opened automatically. Easy walking distance to St. Peter’s, Castle de Angelo, shipping, Vatican, tour buses. I would definitely stay here again!!! 5 STARS!!!

We really enjoyed our stay here. Perfect location next to the train station and 5-10 minutes walk from the Vatican. Lots of good cafés and restaurants nearby too. The room was in a charming, old style apartment and has everything you may need. Very clean and well decorated too. Francesco was always easy to reach with any help/questions we had. Overall I would definitely recommend this place for your stay in Rome!

I loved this hotel!

My husband and I loved this hotel! Modern, clean, great location, easy check-in process, responsive host. It was one of our top hotels from our three weeks in Italy. I have troubles sleeping in hotels when I'm away from home, but the bed and pillows here were super comfortable. They have two locations so make sure you go to the right one, we accidently went to the wrong one but that was our mistake, not the hotel instructions. I would definitely stay here again!

The property itself was great and in a great location. The market was very close by which was great to grab things from and have food, snacks an water available. Once we figured out where the A/C unit was it was great to have that working cause June in Venice was a hot one :) The instructions did not match (nor the remote) the pictures they listed in their instruction manual. The downfall to the place was that it was on the 2nd floor and the elevator was not working. Lugging a 50lb suitcase up 2 flights was not ideal…but we managed. Enjoyed the place. The bed was comfortable and the shower was great. The fact that there was a washing machine was fantastic! Would stay there again :)
