Very cute and nice area! Great roof terrace and flexible self check-in. Communication was a bit difficult as I never actually received the check-in information which was promised after filling in the online check-in. We were lucky a friendly cleaning staff member opened the door for us and showed us around after we stood in front of the door for a few minutes and weren't able to reach the provided telephone number. I also had a feeling my messages weren't really read as I kept receiving automated messages where Expedia blurred out the email information etc and messages came extremely delayed or in the middle of the night. Also the bathroom and kitchen is a bit tight but all in all would stay here again, especially given the location and overall experience!

Clean room and good location to the tube station and into central Rome. The electricity turned off during our day and it was a nightmare waiting for the landlord to come and open the front door at 3 am, who wasn’t the most friendliest!

The property was beautiful, especially the roof area. The rooms are not sound proof at all, so we could hear our neighbors every time they spoke. The bathroom door was see-through and didn’t close super well. Great for a few nights, but stay there with someone you are comfortable around since the bathroom is kind of just part of the room.

Was nice they let us drop of bags early, and rushed to clean the room early which was appreciated after rough travel day. (Ferry and flights from 6pm-8am) location was decent as well.

Die Lage war wirklich super. Nahe der Ubahn Station Pigneto. Von dort ist man sehr schnell in der Stadt. Das Hotel war wie beschrieben. Ein sehr einfaches Zimmer, das Bad war wirklich sehr klein aber das ist wohl typisch in Italien. Zimmer war ok, etwas sauberer hätte es an manchen Stellen sein können. Ansonsten alles in allem gut. Man muss bedenken das es Abends schon sehr laut sein kann (Lokale auf der Straße, Verkehr, Hotelgäste) und auch das Hotel und die Zimmer sind sehr hellhörig. Ich konnte öfters meine Nachbarn reden hören im Nebenzimmer, unbeabsichtigt. Durchschlafen gibt es eher nicht 😁

Par contre la description de la chambre et les photos ne correspondent pas trop. En effet, il est indiqué cuisine séparée, et on peut la voir sur les photos de toutes les chambres. Or c'est une cuisine collective...

Siamo stati 3 notti al FanfullArt. Posizione senz'altro strategica a due passi da molti ristoranti, negozi e locali del Pigneto, quartiere molto vivo che abbiamo apprezzato molto. Venendo alle note più dolenti abbiamo trovato abbastanza scomodo il bagno non finestrato di circa 3 mq totali. La camera era a piano terra con finestra che dava sulla strada e siamo stati svegliati dai passanti alcune volte.La camera infine non era dotata di saponi per la doccia, che avremmo apprezzato.

Lugar muy bien ubicado, limpio, muy agradable y cómodo, trasladarse a todos los puntos de interés es muy sencillo. Lo no tan buebo es que en la última noche, otros huespedes se quedaron haciendo ruido hasta las 5 am.
