Great spot and within walking distance to a lot of you understand the back roads in Rome. Very authentic. Couldn’t figure out how to get the tub to get hot, but otherwise great place. Expedia has breakfast included in the listing and that’s not true. Not the location’s fault, but don’t book this expecting breakfast. Staff very helpful. Very Roman feel to it.

Great location, mostly very quiet. Short walks to Spanish Steps, Trevi Fountain, and Coliseum. Nothing special in terms of linens, towels, bed was really stiff… Staff very helpful. If you stay in the “attic” the room and bath are spacious but there are two additional flights of stairs as the lift doesn’t go all the way to the top floor and there is a flight of stairs within the “apt”. We didn’t need the heat pump in early April, but you will have to make sure the skylight is closed by staff if you want to heat or cool the room.
