The hotel is just a few steps from Plaza de España

The hotel is located in a very convenient location. Moreover, you can stay there easily without meeting anyone. Belen at the hotel was a very kind and helpful person. She explained the hotel in detail in advance via What's Up. Thank you very much. I was worried at first, but the system was simple and I was able to stay comfortably. The hotel staff was very kind, so I could call the hotel directly if I had any questions during my stay.

Property manager was helpful via WhatsApp. The property is well located but you’re in a busy area and it’s very loud at night, difficult to have slept. Air conditioning not efficient for summer heat but the rooms are big and modern.

The room we stayed in wasn’t bad at all. But unfortunately we had problems with the AC unit and there was a horrendous smell coming from the bathroom. The shower is extremely tiny, almost impossible to be in. I will say that the staff is accommodating on answering WhatsApp quite promptly. Although it did seem that they were annoyed that I would be asking questions.

But our air conditioning was super weak and it was very warm in our room, we had ants in the bathroom, the refrigerator radiated heat and when I asked to have it turned off and our air fixed nothing was done. Over all convenient but could use some better maintenance.

Great little hotel with self check-in!

Located just a stone throw away from the Spanish steps, so very central. The hotel itself is self-check-in, which could be confusing for some. However every inside is fresh and well-maintained. Highly recommend this place!

Loved our stay here due to its convenience in Rome! You step out of the building and you are 30 seconds away from the liveliness of the Spanish Steps. I will say if you do decide to stay here make sure to understand how to get into the building prior to getting here. They will make you pay the city tax and then they will send directions on how to get in and out of the rooms. If you are coming international like me, internet speeds can suck in certain areas. Overall though the rooms were clean, beds comfortable and host was always available. If you are used to people doing all the work for you like a hotel in the USA this spot is not for you. If you are going to be using your place as base camp with everything you will pretty much need this will suitable.
