It is not a hotel but it is an amazing place to stay. Extremely clean, 3 minutes walk from coliseum, new bathroom, sound proof windows, water machine to refill my Stanley. The place smell amazing. This place is much better than any other hotel on that price range.

The property is in a beautiful building with lots of old charm. The room was amazing and very quiet. The owner was very responsive always getting back to us within a few minutes. Excellent communications with the owner. Everything was as advertised. Very clean and comfortable. Easy walk to most major attractions in Rome. It is tlin the city center so if absolute quiet is what you need then this is not your place. We had no issues sleeping though. We expected a bustling city atmosphere and that is what it is.

We had a wonderful stay! The bed and breakfast is in a great location close to the Colosseum. The bed is huge for European standards and extremely comfortable. There was complimentary water in the lobby and coffee and tea in the room. The staff we encountered were fantastic! They were very friendly and quick to answer any questions. Thank you tho Fabrizio for assisting us with a taxi back to the airport! We would gladly stay here in the future!
