"Our stay was marked by numerous issues: a total lack of Wi-Fi, no hot water, and a broken air conditioner. Furthermore, the cleanliness was unacceptable, as the floors were dirty, and the presence of a large cockroach deeply frightened our children. Although we alerted the host (Gaida), her promises that the owner would come to resolve the situation were never fulfilled."
