My parents and I had a wonderful stay with Patrizio at DVE Suite. Prime location and unassuming from the outside, inside is a peak hostel type of experience. We stayed in the junior suite which was perfect size, very spacious and two great bathrooms. But what sets DVE apart is it’a host Patrick. H from check in to check out, his attentiveness and friendliness is a real standout to any tourist during their stay. He made sure to address to any of our needs while being welcoming, considerate and hilarious. I would recommend this place to any tourist looking to be relatively close to Rome’s historical district without being in the mix

Great apartment especially for a family group staying together. Really friendly helpful owner who kindly met us late as our flight was late in. He even recommended a local restaurant which we went to and was perfect. Really clean room. Lovely view over piazza. Would definitely stay again.

We enjoyed our stay! The host was extremely accommodating and helpful. The location was good and easy to access and get to nearby sites. Having the extra loft and two bathrooms was especially helpful for my wife and I, having brought our daughter. Everything inside the room was in good condition, there were some spots in the shower that may have been mold, that could use for a deep cleaning. Additionally the mattresses are very stiff. If you are use to foam or a soft mattress, this is not for you. We felt safe in our room and location.

We loved our stay at DVE Suites in Rome. The location is excellent, just a few minutes’ walk from Termini and around 10–15 minutes from the Colosseum. There are plenty of places to eat nearby, as well as supermarkets and a pharmacy, which made everything very convenient. The view from our room was fantastic, and the area has a lively atmosphere at night, especially on weekends. While this might not suit everyone, we personally really enjoyed it and felt it added to the experience. The room was exactly what we needed for a few nights’ stay, and I would definitely come back again :)

The location and ease of transport was great. Having the metro just outside the door really helped ease my travels, and the food options in the area are good. I had a window out towards the Piazza and noise was a bit of an issue a couple times during my stay, but for the most part it went quite well.

Location was great—right at the footsteps of the metro. The upstairs bathroom was well maintained, but the downstairs bathroom could use a good scrub to remove potential mold and odor.
