Clean and complete/Staff were approachable and pleasant, esp. the phone customer rep, she was very patient with my questions, the house tour guide was also nice, it was our first visit in Rome and it was a pleasant experience right away just from the airport. The location was the rockstar. It was close to everything-tourist spots, train stations, resto, grocery-Tourist -friendly location.Everybody were friendly and accomodating.Definitely would come back.

The place was wonderful the service was very good. The only bad experience was there wasn’t enough paper toilet for 6 people. Also, one of the bathroom the bathtub wasn’t washed correctly it had black spots other than that the service was wonderful and the communication was perfected.
