The property and staff were lovely, but the room I stayed in seemed to have mold on the ceiling that led me to develop some mold related respiratory systems that lasted for the duration on my stay. Otherwise the location was great and I felt safe and clean staying at chic and town luxury rooms

We enjoyed our stay very much and the breakfast place was amazing, well worth it! The air conditioning was good but a little too loud, but nothing a pair of earplugs couldn’t handle. Location was good and felt safe. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

Amazing location. A few minute walk to Spanish steps and Trevi fountain. Very clean, house keeping kept up the cleanliness daily. Washroom is a bit out dated with a small shower but at least it’s clean. Staff is super friendly and provided biscuits and coffee daily. Would highly recommend.

Friendly and informative staff. Room was cleaned everyday to a really good standard (the cleaner even organised my makeup on the side after leaving it all over). Good location, down the road to the Spanish steps and less than 10 minutes walk to the Trevi fountain. Metro station 5 minutes walk. Only bad thing I would say about the stay was that the rooms weren’t really sound proof, could hear everything outside in the corridor clearly. But it wasn’t a big deal.

We really liked this property. We had 4 rooms for 3 nights. Room 204 was very small and the bed was smaller than the others. Room 203 said their room had a slight order. Rooms 206 and 202 were perfect.

Perfect location at a reasonable price. Very simple but when you’re in Rome the hotel needn’t be more than a bed to crash in at the end of the day! Staff was really helpful and they did clean the room every day. We were also able to walk everywhere from the hotel, and breakfast was included which is always nice. I would recommend if you get it at a good price because location is great.

Great besides the very loud construction

Bed was very comfy and a great location. The only issue was the very very loud construction that started at 8am-6pm every day! Even a Saturday!! If you want a slow morning this is not the place to stay

Very clean and nice property. Very helpful staff. We definitely recommend this place. Easy access to all major locations. Plenty of restaurants to eat around. The building and area was safe and clean. Room and washroom was clean and tidy, unlike majority of places of Rome washrooms did not have any odour and felt clean.
