Lydia was fantastic and such a help. The breakfast was off site but nearby and worth the 7 euro price. Everything was walkable or easy to catch a bus or metro. The lift was a blessing. Highly recommend this hotel!!

GREAT LOCATION

Great location and the room was in a very good condition even though it is in an old building. Spanish steps and Trevi fountain were minutes away walking and plenty of nice cafes and restaurant also minutes away walking

This hotel was perfect, close to the train station, and really is in the heart of Rome. Things like the Trevi Fountain and Spanish steps were 3 minutes away. As a first time traveler the staff were so helpful in helping with directions, suggesting modes of transports, and even called a taxi for us, when we had no idea what to do. Great experience would stay there again!

We were in walking distance of the Spanish steps and the Trevi fountain we got Uber’s anywhere we wanted to go. The people were so nice. They ended up letting us keep our luggage there until we checked out later in the day and they have a sweet little café area upstairs that they let us use the restroom and have coffees and wait for our ride. They also provided transportation from the airport, which was very reasonable. We will stay with him again before we leave Italy.

The location is fantastic — just minutes from the Spanish Steps (4 minutes), Trevi Fountain ( 6 minutes), and Piazza Navona (17 minutes) However, the A/C wasn’t working properly and couldn’t be fixed. The concierge said the housekeeper would check it, but the issue remained. The hallway was cooler than my room, which felt like a furnace. The housekeeper did try to check on it but was a bit intrusive and rushed to clean even after I said I needed more time, likely because housekeeping leaves early. It’s understandable since this is a guesthouse, not a hotel, but it did feel inconvenient. I was also recommended about a rooftop (Terrazza Borromini) but because I asked for recommendations. The rooftop required a reservation a heads-up in advance would have been nice. I work in customer service, so my expectations are high, but if you focus on the excellent location, you’ll still enjoy your stay. The place is overall clean!
