The room was great. It was very clean and very nice. The bed was very comfortable. The AC worked well. The bathroom was immaculate and we really liked the shower. The location was very good - close to buses and the metro, shops, restaurants, and Vatican City. We felt extremely safe in the accommodations and in the area around the room. We highly recommend Chester Suites to anyone considering a visit to Rome.

We were happy with our stay. Walking distance to the Vatican and plenty of restaurants also walking distance. Staff was friendly and property did meet up to the standards of the photos/ amenities. Main areas like bedding, towels, and toilets were clean. However, you could tell that our room was in need of a deep clean/ some areas are overlooked. Examples, grout build up on the shower door, towel warmer had lint build up, hair dryer was not wiped down before our stay. None of these items were deal breakers but it does raise concern if only high contact areas are being prioritized. This did not impact our stay as we were happy with more important items like safety, location, staff, responsiveness.

The Chester Suites were the perfect accommodation for my wife and I to visit our daughter in Rome, where she was studying her semester abroad. A nice, but simple room for us was all we needed to park our things while we took in all that Rome has to offer. Anna couldn't have been more pleasant and accommodating. As we had a redeye flight landing early in the morning, she contacted me at the time of booking to confirm our arrival time to make sure she could accept our bags whether the room was ready for us or not. Thus, we were able to simply drop off and make our way to visit our daughter. Each evening, we would return to the room where the bed was remade and the bathroom towels neatly folded. To cap the trip off, Anna even made taxi reservations to take us back to the airport. I couldn't give Chester Suites a higher recommendation for any visitors who are looking for simplistic yet elegant accommodations right in the heart of Rome. Anna is the best!

My mother and I loved this place. From the minute that we arrived until we left, our stay was terrific. This is a hidden gem, a perfect spot, near all the main points, and within walking distance of the Vatican. Also, the rooms are comfortable, spacious, and ideal for resting after a busy day.
