Casa Santa Sofia was a great place to stay. The location was convenient and made it easy to explore the city. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff was friendly and helpful. Overall, we had a pleasant stay and would recommend it to others visiting Rome.

Loved staying here. My room was quiet - I never heard my neiVery convenient to 2 metro stops, lots of sights, and blocks away from the Colosseum. 2 great places to have breakfast/lunch/dinner right outside the hotel. Homemade gelato at Mary’s just across the piazza is the best you’ll ever have.

Staff was amazing and very helpful! Great hotel with location right down street from colosseum (did great gladiator 3 hour tour via Walks Devour/great). Also did self guided tour of nearby San Clemente Basilica & Ancient Underground Secrets Tour AUDIO GUIDE APP ONLY via Viator $11.76 bring Bluetooth headphones stream via cellphone) really cool tour. Have to check out nearby church across square/free/amazing. Hotel is reasonable and more importantly in great square with restaurants and gelato place (slept a bit when got there from Boston) went at 12:30pm/1am and was still open!! Yummy!

The hotel was great and staff were excellent, the front desk staff were so friendly and pleasant and took time to talk to us. I can’t say enough about the staff. The cleaning staff were great, our rooms were always cleaned and if you needed anything they wouldn’t waste time to get it for you. The only drawback was the shower it was small and the shower head hard to use. I know you shouldn’t be watching TV while you are in Rome but after a long day travelling around it would be nice to have some downtime. The area we were in was good lots of bars and restaurants and very close to the Colosseum. The one thing I would mention the area needs to be cleaned up a bit and people need to put their garbage in garbage cans not just throw it on the streets.

Spent three nights at this hotel with my daughter and it exceeded our expectations. The room was small but comfortable with no outside noise and the staff were friendly and helpful. The greatest advantage was it's locality to all the major attractions. The Colosseum is in the next street and the Pantheon about a 20 minute walk. There were many outside resuarants in the side streets that served reasonably priced and very tasty authentic food. We would not hesitate to stay here again when visiting Rome.

The room was clean and has all necessary amenities, except for a tv if you’re looking for one. The hotel rooms are not equipped with televisions. The breakfast was fresh, a little pricey at 15 euro per person for what was offered and it was being maintained. Staff were friendly and helpful.

The hotel is in an amazing location. Lots of great restaurants and walking distance to many big attractions. The room was comfortable and the staff were very pleasant. 20 min walk from Termini train station, with luggage. I would definitely stay here again.
