The place is located in a quiet street, easy access. Staffs are friendly. The breakfast has good selections. Only issue is the room is bit hot, I can adjust the air conditioning down. And the tourist tax is charged at €6 a night per person, as this is not a fixed rate, It was 3 times to what I have paid to my last year visit at a different property.

This hotel was a great stay. The staff were amazing, very friendly and always helpful. Breakfast was good and a nice way to start the day. If you enjoy walking like I do, the location is perfect. It’s about a 15-minute walk to the Colosseo and also close to the Basilica di Santa Maria Maggiore, one of the oldest basilicas and the burial place of Pope Francis.

This was the perfect location for our week in Rome. The room was super clean, the staff was very polite and helpful. There was a great breakfast as well as private outdoor space. Only minutes walk from the Metro line made getting around the city that much easier. You will be hard pressed to find a better place, especially for the price. We'll definitely be in Rome again, and will more than likely stay at Casa per Ferie Domus when we do.
