Amazing staff and breakfast situation on the roof. Disorienting to arrive after an overnight flight to what we thought was a full-on hotel and find no lobby. But staff soon found us and welcomed us warmly. Clean, spacious spaces and an amazing location. Amazing value for Rome.

We stayed for 4 nights. 2 adults and 2 children. The location is wonderful, central, close to great walking distance restaurants and historical places. The terrace is breathtaking. Breakfast was served with great food. The staff was impeccable. I would recommend the place without any reservation.

The location is great. Very central location super close to the Trevi fountain, stores, and restaurants. The staff is so lovely and they go above and beyond to make sure your stay is great. The breakfast was a real treat!

I can't say enough great things about Casa Modelli! Our family stay far exceeded our expectations! From communication beforehand traveling from the states to helping with airport/port transfer pick ups and dropoffs! The fresh breakfast every morning with fresh squeezed orange juice, espressos, eggs your way, fresh fruit, and to top off pastries from L'Antico Forno fresh every morning! The elevator is a great perk to start especially if you are staying on the top floors. The terrace is kept beautiful and shaded and the rooftop has some of the best views around. Mariel surprised us one night with a traditional Roman dinner and it was cooked to perfection accompanied with drinks of our choice! The room was outstanding with plenty of space for our family of 4 and A/C! Having two full bathrooms was amazing! Housekeeping was available everyday and the property was super clean and very well cared for and looked after! The convenience of being central and steps from Trevi Fountain was great! I highly recommend Casa Modelli and will certainly stay again when we venture to Rome!

Casa Modelli was better than we could even imagine. Perfect location, cleanliness was superb and morning breakfasts were amazing. Mariel and Karla were the best help with everything and were able to set us up with pickup and drop off to and from the FCO airport. I highly recommend Casa Modelli and have already shared the location with family and friends.

Great little spot, amazing location walkable to all. Rooms very clean, well stocked and nicely decorated. Beds good quality. Staff is super attentive and caring, and goes above and beyond.
