Amazing place and very close to everything, some very good restaurants are within 5 minutes. Staff was super helpful, gave us a map and explained where everything is and how to get there. We booked a tour of the Vatican museum on our last day here and the amazing staff stored our luggage until we were finished.

The property is outdated we had mold on the walls my kids became sick because of the mold. We had bugs in our room all over the floor and drapes. We left the property to find another hotel it was that bad. There is not an elevator. The patio view was of a condemned building. I didn’t ask for a refund we just left. The staff was nice.

The structure was an old building, but that was what was amazing. The street was Rodeo Drive of shopping. The Christmas decorations in the shopping areas were beautiful! Close metro and a taxi stand nearby.

The room was excellent; great location, spacious, communication was terrific with the property manager (in English which was good for me). Terrificly located in (equal) walking distance to 2 x metros, the spanish steps (of course) and there is a kiosk to buy water, snacks, bus tickets etc almost out the front. Great stay, we loved it!

I had a nice stay. The location @ Centro Historico is great! I like the freebies on the mini bar. Marco & his dad have been courteous, would respond immediately & it’s good that they provide shuttle service to & from the airport as well, however just like some other bldgs around Rome, it has no elevator, so it’s a struggle with the luggage, the shower itself doesn’t have a place to put your toiletries on, & there’s no microwave. The room, furnitures & upholsteries are also a little tad old, otherwise it was good. Thank you Canova Rooms!!! ☺️
