The room was not as clean as we hoped. The staff was awesome and helped us getting around town. Rome is a huge city with a lot of traffic, but the hotel was quiet and safe. The breakfast was healthy and plentiful.

Wonderful staff

We spent 4 nights at Camplus Guest with my fiancée. The condition of the building and rooms are amazing. Staff was absolutely helpful and kind! Breakfast was standard, scrambled eggs, bacon, sausages and fresh pastry. Check-in and check-out went as smoothly as it can. I would absolutely recommend it!

A good, economical stay.

If you’re looking for economical, this is a good option. Breakfast is included with good and simple options. In the room, I appreciate the wood floors but they need to be dusted under the beds. The sofa could be re-upholstered (but not with cloth which easily gets dirty). We didn’t have soap in the room, but the front desk quickly provided them. The hotel is also an accommodation for college students so you’ll see them working in group study rooms as you approach the main entrance. The neighborhood is more residential- about 7 stops from the city center. Metro is a 2-min walk straight to the hotel.

Good value hotel in North East suburb of Rome

This Camplus is within a couple of minutes walk of Pietralata metro station. It is convenient for Roma Tiburtina Railway station. It is a combination of hotel and student accommodation. We were warmly welcomed on arrival and our room on the top (6th) floor was fine. It had a comfortable double bed a sofa and small table. However there was virtually no room for storge of clothes etc. Just a rail with four hangers . We were given more clothes hangers by reception. Bathroom was good with wetroom shower, toilet, bidet, band basin. Everything was clean and modern. Our room had a small balcony with two chairs and table. However view looked over multistory housing. Breakfast was excellent with a wide variety of both hot and cold food options, a variety of coffee varieties and a good selection of juices. I consider that the Camplus gave us good value for our money

Everything is perfect, the room is clean, AC is quiet, breakfast is good. Only hick was the students in the campus talk loudly at night at the front court, till 12:30 pm, and sometimes till 3AM. We heard speaker bases from other room in the weekend. Don't forget to bring ear plugs if you want to stay there.

Zimmer wurden nicht ordentlich gereinigt, Toilette hatte leider jeden Tag nach Hundekot gestunken. Frühstück war für uns kein richtiges Frühstück: nur Brot, Omlett und Hähnchenwurst. Weder frisches Gemüse noch andere Lebensmittel wurden angeboten. Ich frage mich, was Vegetarier dort zu Frühstück essen. Außerdem muss man süßes Gebäck und Kaffee bei der Dame an der Theke bestellen , die für uns nicht ganz freundlich war. Positiv ist jedoch das kostenlose Parken in der Tiefgarage und die gute Erreichbarkeit zur Metro zu Fuß. Von dort fährt man direkt zum Hauptbahnhof oder zum Kollosseum. Insgesamt eine verhältnismäßig günstige Unterkunft, die das nötigste anbietet. Wer auf eine gute Unterkunft Wert legt sollte Camplus jedoch vermeiden.

Das Frühstück war spärlich, es gab weder Käse, Wurst ,Brot oder Brötchen ( nur Toast), nicht mal gekochte Eier, . von frischem Obst ganz zu schweigen. Die Zimmerreinigung war ebenfalls alles andere als zufriedenstellend,es gab weder frische Handtücher,noch wurde der Boden im Zimmer und auch auf dem Balkon nicht ein einziges Mal gewischt,also alles in allem kann ich diese Unterkunft nicht mit gutem Gewissen weiterempfehlen

I likee that I was able to check in quite early. I did not like that during my stay over a few nights that there were young people making noise in the hallways well past midnight. Last night yelling at 1:30AM. Seems to be mostly college age students that stay at this location. Assume they were drunk or just being wild without caring about anyone else trying to sleep. Also, the breakfast at this location needs improvement. Eggs and bacon cold every morning. So easy to have some type of a heating device underneath the prepared foods. Not much of a selection.

Excelente ubicacion frente estacion metro, desayuno mal servicio, muy poca variedad, incomodo ya que te lo tienes que pedir al personal de cocina y te limitan o se molestan si vuelves a pedir, clima no se pueden manipular y asi calor y no podiamos subir la temperatura.
