This is not really a hotel but a couple of rooms in a hotel complex. Photos promise much more than there really is. The bed is comfortable, and there is enough space to keep your luggage on the floor (as there are no shelves and just a few hangers). We had an issue with the shower that was fixed the next day. Communication is solely through WhatsApp. The location is great. Near the train station and close to public transport. They do not have a storage area for your luggage, but provide a discount for a service next to the train station, which was ok. Weeks after our stay, they tried to double-charge my credit card by mistake. I had to block the merchant and was happy to use a disposable credit card to pay our city tax. Watch your transactions!

Good location, but frustrated by power outages. Pros: Excellent location near great cafes and restaurants. Convenient 5-minute taxi ride from the central station. (25 min walk to Trevi Fountain) Responsive staff via WhatsApp (essential since there is no reception desk). Cons: On our last night, the hotel-provided hairdryer tripped the breakers. The staff moved us to a new room, but the same thing happened again right away. Dealing with two consecutive power failures was a major inconvenience. We had to sleep with no electricity and the emergency lights turned on in the room. They offered us a discount voucher for their sister location in Tuscany but unfortunately we live in the US, so it's not like we can get there next month. But the offer is appreciated. Overall, a great spot, but the electrical issues bring my rating to a 3/5 stars.

¡Ojo esto no es un hotel es un AirB&B de mala calidad disfrazado de hotel! La habitación fue pésima, el colchón era muy incómodo y viejo (al grado de que pedimos que nos cambiaran de habitación) el extractor de aire del baño era muy ruidoso, la luz indirecta del baño no servía, el frigobar no enfriaba, no te dejan ningún mueble para guardar tu ropa. En una ocasión NO nos hicieron la limpieza de la habitación porque la mucama colocó el cartel de “no molestar” en el picaporte sin que nosotros lo hubiéramos dejado ahí. Otro día llegamos súper cansados en la noche y el password que nos dieron para ingresar a la habitación no servía y nos tuvieron esperando sentados en el pasillo como 30 minutos hasta que nos mandaron una nueva clave. La pastilla de luz se botaba si prendías su secadora de pelo y fueron tan sónicos que hacen que nosotros mismos fuéramos a revisar las pastillas de la luz. Los canceles de la bañera no sellaban y cuando te bañabas se inundaba el baño. Es muy frustrante tener todos estos problemas juntos y que nadie te de la cara!! Todo es por mensajes de WhatsApp. Estuvimos en tres hoteles en Italia y este fue el peor de todos por mucho!!

Es gab kein Personal, Eintritt über Code. Zimmer wurden täglich gereinigt doch der Abfluss in der Dusche war verstopft, was wir auch online gemeldet haben, aber dieser wurde in den 4 Tagen Aufenthalt nicht gereinigt
