We liked the fact that it was within walking distance from all the major sites. Also close to many local, not tourist restaurants. And kind off in local neighborhood. Wish the instructions would have indicated that there was extra coffee and toilet paper in a cabinet by reception on a help yourself basis. Other than that, excellent place to stay. And it suited our needs perfectly.

Not only do guests get unlimited water and different kinds of coffee from 7 AM to 11 PM, but their staff is awesome especially Alfredo, Nini, and Andrea and one more male staff. The hotel is a minute walk to two outstanding Italian restaurants named Pecorino’s and Jolie’s and if you crave for an American breakfast, McDonalds is also around the corner. The rooms are clean, there’s a balcony you can have coffee in during the mornings and we shopped at the local market nearby. Main tourist spots are only 15-20 minutes away ( depending on the traffic!) and you can call an Uber or take a bus! All in all, for us, it was better than a 5-star hotel! Oh! Didn’t mention it had reasonable prices?

There are so many restaurants and coffee shops near by! The best part of the neighborhood is that less than a block away is a market with dozens of food and artisan stalls. You can choose from many cuisines, coffees, and fresh flowers, meat, etc. This location can’t be beat. The hotel is spotless. Everything is clean, the bathroom is modern with great toiletries. The staff is awesome and always helpful. Next time we’re in Rome we’re staying at Bob W.

Really impressed with the hotel. 30 minute walk to the centre and close to a station to the airport. Also has restaurants nearby. Balconies are huge, and the bathroom was modern and clean. The only possible downside I could think of is that the bottom sheet was kinda grubby. And that's me really trying to find any fault! Overall, I'd highly recommend

The hotel is extremely clean and spotless and the rooms are modern. It appears that the bathroom fixtures are brand new. The bathrooms are sparkling clean. There is an employee on site at the desk once you enter through keypad entry. The service floor offers coffee and taps for fresh water, which I have not seen in any other hotel. The room has a min fridge and coffee, tea and a water vase. It offers a king size bed which is rare in Rome for this price point. However, the bed is super firm and my partner thought it was very uncomfortable. Other than that, there were no issues. The balcony has no view. It is just an extension of the roof area. Andrea, the new owner greeted me and accommodated my request for early check in with no problems He was great and very kind me. There is a very good restaurant right next door that offers breakfast (pastries only) lunch and dinner, and a pharmacy right next door - as well as an open market a block down. Anything you may need is within walking distance. There are more good restaurants within 15 minute walking distance, and grocery stores are also 10-15 minutes walking distance away. If not for the extra firm bed that did hinder my sleeping, I would stay there again. Other than that, the hotel is great and very clean and nice for the price point! I gave it a 5 star rating.

It was a lovely stay in my favorite part of town. To get to the main postcard attractions, you’ll need to walk a bit or take cab. For us, this 30min morning walk next to the river was what we wanted to get our steps in. As for the stay itself: There is a food market right next to it, where you can find excellent ready to eat meals and fresh produce, fruits or cheese and mortadella to take home :) The room was of a reasonable size; had all that was needed. Good shower. We wanted to make our own breakfast and the staff allowed us to help ourselves with the plates and cutlery. There is a nice balcony where we would sit and enjoy our tea and breakfast every morning.

This Hotel has a lot going for it.. At a glance it may seem a litle out the way but its really not.. Arguable, it's the perfect distance from from the centre of Rome. You are a 10minite walk from a Metro and only 15 minites walk from the Train station should you wish to get a train from Leonardo DaVinci Airport You can literally walk into the centre of Rome within 30minutes and if you dont mind the walk can walk as far out as the Vatican City within the hour. If youd prefer you can get the Metro to Termini, chamge line right upto within 10minutes of Vatican. Theres a great restaurant around the corner from you (Romeos) and another one accross the road (Pecorrino) however, this one it is advised to book in advance should you wish to have dinner. The Hotel itself is really clean, the rooms are spacious and the balcony is a great addition ahould you wish to sit out on a night with a glass of wine. The windows come with shutters. These are superb at blocking out the morning sun The staff could not be more helpful, offering directions, recommendations. Even helping you make a coffee at the self serve breakfast We will definitely visit Rome again and we 100% stay here again when we do Thank you to all Bob Ws

Sehr freundliches Team; saubere und gepflegte Zimmer mit ausreichend Platz. Auch nach dem CheckOut konnten wir unser Gepäck ohne Aufpreis und Zusatzkosten bis zum Flughafentransfer am Abend in Gepäck-Locker einschließen (unter Aufsicht gegenüber der Rezeption). Wir kommen gerne wieder.
