This was a great hotel to stay at in Rome, a very short walk from Termini train station which was exactly what we were looking for. The staff were very kind and helpful. We appreciated that we were able to store our luggage before check-in and after after check-out for a few hours. The breakfast buffet was delicious with lots of options. The room was clean, quiet and spacious. We will definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone who is looking to stay close to the train station.

Hotel was ok and at a very convenient location next to train station. However they never refunded me the $50 I had to pay for incidental charges. We were told we would be and the hotel took a deposit and did not credit my account. I called twice and was promised a refund but it did not happen!! Very disappointed
