Great location just a short walk to the Vatican or a bridge crossing into the Historic District. Rooms are nicely decorated with exceptionally comfortable beds. Very helpful staff.

Overall we were satisfied. The room was just small. We only used it for sleeping. It was clean. The staff was very attentive. They gave us a map to create our sightseeing route. They were very interested in the points we consulted them.

Good clean hotel in Prati with everything you need

Bed and best is a good basic, clean hotel in Prati with everything you need. Fabio was helpful and provided some local recommendations, the room was clean and had a kettle, coffee machine, wardrobe and mini fridge. The bathroom was fine but could have been a little cleaner and the hot water was very temperamental! Overall a good hotel at a good price.

Great place, great host, great time!

We (couple, 35-40) had a great stay at Fabio's place. The room is cosy and well-equipped, the bed is very comfortable and it was oriented to a courtyard so very quiet. The area around is very nice (Prati), lots of restaurants and places to go out. It is also very convenient to visit the city, walking distance to the main sites and close to metro stations. Fabio was very friendly and kind, we are very thankful to him. We would definitely come back!

Bed & Best was great location, quiet in the apartment lots lovely shops. Fabio who greeter was very helpful nothing was s problem always contact me straight away if I had any queries. I would definitely recommended this apartment.

I had a terrific time during my stay at Bed and Best. Fabio is very friendly, informative and helpful. The hotel is situated in a very nice neighborhood with many great little gems of restaurants, bars and stores and within walking distance from many attractions in Rome and the Vatican. Definitely going to stay here again whenever I am in Rome.
