Really enjoyed our stay at Laocoonte. The room was very tidy and clean and we were served delicious and extensive breakfasts every morning. The hosts were really nice as well :) Accomodation is easily accessible by metro/bus, and Vatican City is a short walk away!

This was a great place to stay. It was a bit out of the centre of Rome but walking distance from the Vatican with excellent transport links to the centre of Rome. The place was very clean, the room was a good size but be warned the shower in the room is VERY small. Me and my husband are fairly short small people so it was ok for us just about but anyone even average size may struggle a bit. The shower also did not get very hot but this may have been an issue that could be fixed but we just managed fine! The hosts are great communicators and leave some very clear check in institutions and are easy to communicate to (even if we never actually saw them while we were there but it didn’t matter). Would stay here again and it’s a great place that lets you explore Rome without being right in the busy hustle and bustle of the city centre

It’s very closed to Vatican museum and St Peter Basilica. There are many recommendations for local foods. Staff is very responsive and helpful. One tip: the city fee will be collected by cash. They should mention it in advance.

Fabulous, clean property that’s only a 5minute walk (even travelling with someone with mobility issues) to the Vatican Museums. The Cipro Metro line is also around a 5minute walk away. Staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Breakfast was a voucher for a local cafe (with lovely coffee and staff!). This was only 3minutes away from the hotel, too! I would highly recommend a stay here. Nothing fancy, but exceptionally clean with fab air con and shower pressure! X

Staff was great and room was clean. Wifi was spotty. Room facing street was noisy, you can hear the cars/traffic and people talking outside. Close to the Vatican and metro station. I do not understand why this place does not have 5 stars. It was perfect for our 3 days in Rome, was close to everything and was a great retreat from the busy city while still being close to everything. Easy checkin, held our bags safely and were extra accommodating. Would stay here again every time we are back in Rome.
