For moy family of 5, the layout was perfect. The location was exactly what we wanted and the area around the hotel was great. Plenty of food options and was what we wanted out of Rome. Would book with them again every time.

The host sets the standard for an overall experience and this one was the absolute best. Giulia went above and beyond to make our stay a pleasant one! Early Check In because the apartment was available, Securing Parking in a garage 2 mins. away, just a couple of examples. the location is fantastic and overall a great stay.

Our three day stay at the b and b was great. The staff were awesome and were able to help us no matter what. The room was spacious for three people and very clean. Bed was great nice and big. Breakfast was nicely presented and the croissants were to die for. I recommend anyone to stay here. The b and b is located very close to the Vatican and a short walk from excellent food and drink places.

We had a comfortable stay and it’s conveniently close to the Vatican. Giulia, was really helpful on our arrival and took the time to explain the best ways to get around Rome, marked key landmarks on a map, and shared some excellent recommendations for local restaurants. Breakfast was good, my husband liked the coffee. We would definitely stay here again!

The Host is really attentive and on top of everything. The room/ apartment is deeply clean which makes you feel very comfortable. The location is amazing, just 5 minutes walking to the Saint Peter’s Basilica and plenty of restaurants nearby to eat at any time. Definitely we will come back and renting this apartment again.

I cannot overstate how perfect this was!!! Location: Prime, convenient, safe, view was amazing. Close to a metro stop for easy navigating around the city. Short walk to convenience stores and restaurants. Room: Clean, comfortable, air conditioned. No complaints about the bed or bedding. Everything was obviously fresh and well maintained. Absolutely no suspicious smells or stains. Bathroom: Very clean!!! Shower had wonderfully hot water with superb water pressure. Great lighting around the sink area. I didn't expect our room to be serviced during our two night stay, but it was! Nice surprise to come back from a long day and find our room to be tidied. Building: Charming! This would not be suitable for people who have mobility challenges. The elevator is quite old and small. It is fine for typical circumstances, but would not be accessible for people who rely on mobility aids. Also, the doors to the elevator have to but shut just so-so to be operational. Everyone in the building must remember to shut the doors after use, or else the elevator will not come when the call button is pressed. Safety: Very secure! Doorman during the day. Very sturdy entry door locked when doorman leaves, opened by keypad code. Door to BNB suite secure, also accessible by code, same as bedroom door. No questionable happenings. Very quiet. Staff: THEY ARE AMAZING!!! OVER THE TOP HELPFUL!!! They are so accommodating!!! Giulia was the absolute best. 10/10 would stay here again, any time.
