The staff was exemplar! We needed a taxi at 4:00AM in the morning, and the front desk guy patiently helped us, he called around and did his best to see if he could arrange one. We got to our bus terminal on time becuz of him. All in all, a bang for your buck, and hospitable.

Worst hotel I've ever seen

Avoid at all costs. Dirty used sheets on the bed on arrival, staff refused to change them and only made the bed. Filth in the walls. It seemed ok in photos, but it's a hotel for banging prostitutes. Do. Not. Stay. I left after an hour once I was able to book elsewhere.

Why if hotel is posted on Expedia for international travel the counter customer service does not speak English. Not helpful in directing you to even the Vatican, one of most popular sites If you are there by self, you get in early, no amenities for u, close and no cable tv The cleaning service was excellent and environs was clean. Cant get hot tea as no facilities for this in terms of a kettle, no coffee on mornings until u dress and go out The walking area to hotel from main shopping area is long and lonely Overall they need to say you need to have a car to stay there. It's deceptive advertising
