What I loved about this property is the walking distance from Roma Termini (train station) and to many other tourist sites. My mom and I felt safe walking late nights and early mornings to and back from the train station. I would book my stay here again.

Very clean and modern. Seems it was recently built. Location is convenient, close to Termini Station if you come by train or bus from the airport and if you need to take another train somewhere else in the following days. The area is very touristy so it was hard to find a good restaurant. The food hall at Termini, "Mercato" is excellent though. I ate there mostly.

Pros: - AC is ice cold - bed and pillows are super comfy - location is excellent - plenty of places to visit or eat at within short walking distance - staff was great Cons: - shower was ice cold or scalding hot, no in between so that was a bummer. - water pressure for the hot water could be better, it was barely a trickle when I was trying to take a hot shower but the cold water would come on periodically without warning - extra toilet paper should be made available to guests in case the ones in their rooms run out.

This is a beautiful guest house. The owners, Valeria and Roberto will give you instructions to access the house and the room. Make sure you contact them via phone upon arrival. There is not a front desk as this is a guest house. I think they also sent instructions prior to your arrival. I missed mine. Very clean, comfortable and close to all the main sites walking. We loved it!

Roberto is a wonderful host! Making sure that we had everything that we needed for our stay along with giving lots of recommendations on where to eat! A very clean and modern apartment that is very close to the train station and commutable to loads of landmarks in Rome! We will definitely be back!!

It was extremely well located, only a few blocks from the central Rome train terminal, museums, and necessities, like pharmacies and grocery stores. There were several excellent restaurants close by. Roberto and his wife were very helpful and made excellent suggestions for places to go. It has great air conditioning and even a towel warmer in the bathroom. The kitchen facilities were wonderful to have and contained everything that was needed to use them. It does have an elevator. The guest house is on the second floor, but there are six steps to get up to the elevator from the street level, so it is not handicap accessible.

Really sweet host. The room is nicely spacious. The only negative thing is that the rooms are very noisy, and you can hear all the other guests. The ventilation is also quite loud.

It was a cute property but there was only 1 1/2 rolls of toilet paper and one towel and two hand towels for 2 people for 3 nights. We repeatedly tried to contact them to find out where they wanted us to put the keys at checkout and didn’t get a response until after we had left. Our third day we were napping and a man unlocked the door and came in. He said it was his room. We have stayed at many places and there is always toilet paper and a stack of towels. Check out has always been crystal clear since the manager isn’t on site. It was a nice place and the beds were wonderful. They were down a side street that was quiet. There were several restaurants. It is close to the train station which is the hub for all kinds of transportation through the city.

Die Lage ist top (Bushaltestelle vor der Tür, super Restaurant "La Famiglia" direkt vor der Tür, Hauptbahnhof Termini knapp fünf Minuten fußläufig um die Ecke, ebenso nah ein toller Supermarkt), kulturell interessant (Diocletian-Therme vor der Tür, etc.), Roberto ist ein sehr netter Gastgeber, der gute Empfehlungen gibt (von Frühstück bis ÖPNV) und auch bei Problemen sofort reagiert; außerdem hat uns die Schlüsselübergabe und -beschaffenheit überzeugt...
