The hotel was a great location, 10 minutes from Rome Termini to get to airport, and within easy walking distance to lots of restaurants and sights. The host was very helpful and easy to communicate with and the room was simple, clean and perfect for a quick 24 hours in Rome. And the elevator added to the charm!

The property was excellent. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful and the room was wonderful. Within 15 -20 minutes walk of the Trevi fountain and Colosseum, and very close to some good restaurants. I would definitely stay here again.

I loved this hotel! It was in a great location—there was so much to see around it, the opera house, beautiful churches within walking distance, lots of fantastic restaurants close by, and the train station was less than 10 minutes walking. Plus there was a metro station close by. The room was so clean, large, and absolutely adorable! I loved the high ceilings and the gorgeous light fixtures. And it was so quiet. The staff was so helpful and friendly too. wish I could have stayed longer! I would love to come back!

Or room was clean, quiet, and located near several restaurants, some shops, and a small market. There is no "24 hour front desk", but a very helpful person to check you in and help you get settled. Be prepared for minimal amenities and a very small shower. Be aware this building is very old and is shared with several other hotels/B&Bs. Our room was on the 4th floor, and we had to bring our luggage up in an antique elevator large enough for 1 person and 2 pieces of luggage. Value for the cost was ok.

What an excellent location! An easy walk from Centrale Termini, Trevi Fountain and the Colosseum. Very close to Piazza Della Repubblica and the nearby metro station, making transport on the metro a breeze. As a B&B, access was very simple. I recommend contacting the manager Paolo by WhatsApp as the best way to keep up to date with arrival time etc. Housekeeper Russell was still on site when we arrived and he was very helpful and friendly. The room was very quiet and the a/c worked great, so we had two great nights of sleep.

Very central & close to train terminal. Lots of restaurant option close by. This is a guest house & not a hotel and you take a lift up to the 4th floor. Once you receive your room key, you can buzz yourself into the guest house 4th floor. Room was spacious for the luggage.

I had a fantastic stay at Armonia All’Opera. The location is excellent and makes exploring the city very easy. The room was clean, tidy, and cleaned and replenished daily, which was much appreciated. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and communication throughout was clear and efficient. Overall, a great experience and I would happily stay here again.

This was a great place to stay. The proximity to the train station made it easy to get to after our cruise and the location was great for walking to all the major sites. The staff was great and even arranged for transportation to the airport at 4 am for our early flight. The room was nice and very clean.
