This is a super nice newly renovated hotel in central Rome with large rooms, marble bathrooms, and very cold AC after a day in the hot sun. Great staff is friendly and super helpful. There is a grocery market next door, and several good restaurants.

Practically brand-new, beautifully decorated hotel in a highly convenient location- yet still very quiet at night Rooms: Spotless with very comfortable beds. The connecting rooms were perfect for our family with young kids, and the pristine bathroom featured a bidet and a bathtub! Service & Amenities: Fantastic staff. Loved the great breakfast variety and the welcome drink coupons. Atmosphere: The lobby and the bar area were chic, cool, and very welcoming. Highly recommend and will definitely stay again!

The location is excellent—it is very close to the train terminal, making transportation incredibly convenient. The room itself is brand new and clean, with impressively high ceilings that make the space feel wide and open. One small drawback is that the wooden floors tend to make hair and dust quite visible. The bathroom was clean and modern. It was a bit disappointing that the rooftop is still under construction and the 5th-floor restaurant is not open yet. However, the breakfast was satisfying, and the front desk staff provided great service throughout our stay. I would love to visit again once the rooftop is fully open!

The hotel had clearly been renovated, with modern fixtures and design. Breakfast was a great addition. The rooms were very noisy at night, with multiple doors “slamming” in the hallway throughout the late night and early morning. It seemed oddly loud for a hotel that didn’t seem that busy. Also, the hotel advertised a free airport shuttle. However, we had to ask twice to set it up and it ended up being a taxi that then up charged us for not having cash when we got to the airport. This property does not actually offer an airport shuttle and should better control the companies they work with. I would have just used uber.

Breakfast buffet was delicious and had many options to choose from. The hotel is brand new, beautiful and spotless. The staff are all very kind and helpful. I also liked the location of the hotel. There weren’t many reviews, however, most of the rooms were sold out so I thought this was a hotel to learn more about! I was completely impressed with every aspect of my experience. The hotel is the epitome of modern elegance. I learned that more upgrades are in the works (a pool!) and rooftop dining. I hope I can still reserve a room when I return to Rome.

Wonderful reception area... Room was small not good for 3-people... Bath room is terrible, very small... No hooks to hang your clothes or towels... very small counter top in the bathroom, you have to keep your toiletries in the bedroom... Bath tub is very deep like a 16' swimming pool... it seems 2 star hotel and not worth paying that kind of rent I paid... I won't recommend this hotel to anybody and I won't book myself in this hotel in the future too...

Terrible experience. Only one staff at the front desk, I would call 4 times to the desk before getting an answer and a couple times would call and not get an answer at all. The room has a lot of flaws, no fan in the shower, no shower door, the ac system hardly worked at all and would turn off constantly. It would also tell you it’s 18 degrees when it felt like 23 degrees. Overall bad experience

By far my least favorite hotel I’ve stayed in when in Rome. Not only is the hotel far from all sights you want to visit (minimum 30 minute walk) but for being a new hotel the shower would leak water onto the floor, there are no amenities and no free breakfast unlike the majority of hotels in Rome. Worst of all staff and management was horribly unaccommodating and rude. At the end of our trip we had to leave a day early due to a family incident at home and we asked if they would be able to refund us for our last night or even a partial refund would have sufficed but their management wouldn’t even respond to my emails. Overall don’t waste your time here, there are many other better hotels at this price point.

Es ist ein sehr schönes ganz neues Hotel, dass eine sehr gute Lage in der Nähe des Bahnhofs hat. Sehr gute bequeme Betten, die sehr groß waren, vor allem für italienische Verhältnisse. Auch die Zimmer waren sehr groß und geräumig. Das Frühstück war sehr gut und von allem reichlich vorhanden. Sehr zu empfehlen für einen Rom Trip..
