Don’t let the outside looks fool you - this is a wonderful place to stay. Very accommodating to us and so friendly. We were centrally located in the city with easy access to cabs and bullet train. Delightful restaurants within walking distance.

A/C was great and we also had a great view. Federica and Anna were very helpful and the conditions of the property are fantastic. We were able to store luggage for a couple of hours too! It's also very well located, literally right on Via Del Corzo which is a big retail strip (apple store is right across the street, Armani next door) My only concern about this property is for someone with mobility issues as the elevator does NOT take you to the hotel level but instead to a higher level then you go down stairs to the actual hotel. (Hotel is located on floor 3 but the elevator stops on floor 4) It's a little confusing so beware for those who cannot climb descent a few steps on your own.
