Very nice and considerate staff. Safety was at its highest with a three-door entrance and a different key for each door. The room was clean, and the AC worked well in the heat! Also close to the buses that take you further into the city center.

The staff member was extremely friendly and helpful! She was very communicative and kind. The location is great— it’s in a cute neighborhood near some great cafes and restaurants. It is also a less than 15 minute walk to the metro. As a solo traveler, I felt very safe! The air conditioning was amazing in my room! The one big thing I will complain about is the bathroom’s cleanliness status. It looked clean, but there was an old urine smell and mildewy smell. Another thing, but smaller than the foul bathroom odor, is the upstairs neighbors had a heavy foot. I could hear and feel the vibrations of every footstep. I recommend wearing ear plugs and having some white noise on your phone to help with that noise. Again, no complaints at all about the staff; she was lovely!

Walking distance within 20 minutes from many of Rome’s attractions. Bed is extremely hard for my liking and there was only a limited amount of hot water. It’s perfect for one or two people.The owner/ property manager answered our calls and address our needs in a quick manner. There is no elevator to the first floor, so we had to carry our luggage. Around the corner there is Sancho pizza place if you need a bite to eat. The apartment is decent.

I highly recommend this place, is closed to all the attractions, walking distance, Vatican, fountain trevi, coliseum, restaurants, shopping. We came late but easy instructions to check in. They hold our suitcases, thank you very much.
