Cute, well kept, apartment-style room.

I really enjoyed my stay, it is an older establishment but it was clean and well managed. The staff were what made it amazing, I was able to reach out (and I did several times) throughout my trip and was met with nothing by kindness and prompt responses. It was perfect for my solo trip to Rome!

The place was very nice and safely The check in was very clear and descriptive. I will give 10 of 10. De capilla sixteen is 10 minutes walk the vatican only 15 minutes walk.

The room and bathroom were both very nice, clean and comfortable. There is a beautiful leafy terrace outside where you can sit and enjoy the lovely breakfast that’s provided. The staff were friendly and attentive, making sure we had everything we needed. I would recommend staying here :)

Cynthia and Joseph are wonderful! Always willing to help with anything you need! I love her plants in the patio. The place is simple, but you're well taken care of with Cynthia's willingness to help! I highly recommend this place! Lovely neighborhood also!

Great location , very clean rooms. The patio which any one can use during the day or night is great . We sat out at night and had a bottle of wine . Cynthia the young lady that runs the property is lovely and is very helpful. Also a big plus you are near the Metro stop Ottaviano and there are plenty of restaurants and stores nearby as well as phone stores if you need a SIM card for Italy.

It was not as expected. The person that welcomed us was very nice and helpful. But after we had the room, and until next morning, there was nobody on site. We had problem with the key to open the door of our room. We had to call the owner who was not in Rome. We finally were able to open it. It would be a good thing to change the door and the lock. The room was clean and we had coffee and croissants in the morning that was very good.

Cythia, the manager, doesn't speak english in a professional capacity 1 of the 2 contact phone numbers connects to a guy that systematically replies "sorry wrong number" when you ask if this is the hotel The second connects to Cynthia which most of the time doesn't pick up the phone and communicates via WhatsApp messages every now and then Booked a stay in this place on the wrong dates by mistake. Tried to change the dates or get refunded, never got an answer. Being charged 200€+ for nothing + being ghosted until I give I up was a terrible experience. Avoid

Bruyant, aucune insonorisation, nous attendons chaque personne qui entre ou sort du logement le matin et le soir Propreté : besoin de changement aux niveau des nappes tâchés dans la minuscule cuisine et tâches sur les mur de la salle de bain. Nous avons même dû laver des ustensiles. l'employée semblait occuper dans le corridor. Un simple filet couvre la fenêtre de la salle de bain et absence de serrure. Point positif l'emplacement et les restaurant du quartier.

El alojamiento tenía una ubicación excelente, Vaticano 10 min a pie y fácil de llegar y rápido al centro de Roma en transporte público. La habitación tenía todo lo necesario, ropa de cama, toallas, útiles de aseo e incluso una nevera personal. Habían varias diversas opciones de desayuno incluso para personas intolerantes a la lactosa (noticandolo) me facilitaron yogures, queso y leche aptas para mi consumo que podía guardar en nuestra habitación. Joseph fue excepcionalmente cercano, servicial y amable e hizo que la estancia fuera aún si cabe más memorable. Incluso jugó al futbolín con nosotras y nos recomendó restaurantes locales. Muy recomendable.

Perfect Location

Não havia ninguém para check in quando chegamos. Tivemos que ligar e as chaves estavam num cofre na entrada. É um apartamento B&B. Não tinham deixado a chave para fechar a porta do quarto, não nos deixou muito confortáveis. A Água do duche não era nada quente. A cama era super confortável. No dia seguinte encontramos o Joseph bastante professional, foi extremamente simpático e disponivel para o que precisassemos. Prontamente arranjou-nos transfer para aeroporto para o voo de regresso. A localização é excelente para a Basilica S. Pedro ou Museus do Vaticano.
