The place was nice for a two night stay. There is no personal fridge, only one that is shared, but there is a kitchen to store food and drinks. My room had three sections, the bedroom with a tv and clothing storage; the living room with a couch, table, and wall mirror; and the bathroom which had both a toilet and urinal and the shower was the whole room. There was not a lot of storage or surfaces in the bathroom itself, so I ended up running out a lot to grab clothing, towels, makeup, etc. but it wasn’t terrible. The garden and pool were great. There were a lot of bugs because the pool is within the garden itself, but they didn't bother me much until sunset hit and more came out. Overall the stay was nice and I would be willing to stay there again if I ever visited Italy again.

This is not a hotel. Not a hotel. The address is correct but no way to contact owner except telephone. No buzzer on apt. building or name next to buzzer. The local police helped me make contact. Next to Appia Antica is great. This is a 3 bedroom, singe shared bath b&b.
