This hotel is located on the second floor of the building and has an elevator for easy access. It has been recently renovated, everything is super clean and nicely done, and the rooms are bright, spotless, and equipped with a comfortable king bed. The 24-hour reception and free coffee are great touches. Overall, a really good experience.

Great location, clean and modern

A very central, very quiet hotel. It’s on the second floor or a building with other hotels/B&Bs. There is a lift, small as lifts in Italian hotels tend to be. Staff were very nice and accommodating. Breakfast is not available at the moment but there is coffee and delicious cake. The room was very clean and modern, small but they make the best use of the space. Seems to have been refurbished recently as there are a couple of job left to do (my room safe wasn’t connected to the electricity for instance). The WiFi is super fast and reliable.’

The property is amazing. Its air conditioned. The elevator DOES work lol. Roma Termini, The Fountain, and Spanish Steps are 15 minutes walking distance. Theres multiple convenience stores 5 minutes walking distance away. The I booked the "Economy" room at the last minute. Modern luxury styled. Its a full/double bed. Nice Bathroom. the economy room space is a little small for the price. however, its convenient and i will be glad to book again in the future.

I booked a Family Suite for 2 adults and 2 children. The suite being two double rooms is completely fine, but one of the rooms was in unacceptable condition. The shower glass screen was broken and missing, yet the room was still rented out with no notification. In its place, the hotel put up a flimsy, torn temporary shower curtain that didn’t fit at all, so water leaked everywhere during the shower. There were two shower gel bottles in the cubicle, but both pumps were broken and nothing could be dispensed. I had to stop mid‑shower and go out to find staff. Even the staff couldn’t get the bottles to work, and when I asked for a replacement, I was told the hotel had no spare shower gel at all. Completely unacceptable. The air conditioning also didn’t work, and the room had no ventilation. It was extremely hot, stuffy, and uncomfortable. I was told the AC shared a compressor with another room, and if that room used heating, I simply couldn’t have cooling. The only solution offered was to open the window, which meant listening to traffic noise all night. I spent nearly an hour dealing with staff because the bathroom and AC conditions were unbearable. The hotel staff said they couldn’t help and told me to contact Hotels.com instead. I cannot believe a room in this condition was allowed to be rented out. A very disappointing and frustrating experience.
The shower screen door was missing, and it was obvious from the marks and fittings that it had been broken off. The bathroom in the other room had a proper shower screen door, so the damage in this one was very clear.
